What are you trying to say?
He's basically wanting hotkeys for changing which weapon a building is producing. For example when looking at a Fletcher press 1 to set bows, and 2 to set to crossbows.

Yes, that's exactly what I wanted to say. I did not finish it so that it was clear ... sorry ... I just realized it now. Yes. 1 key select mace, 2 - sword. And so by analogy. This will significantly speed up the production switchover process. Also it would be desirable to pass by pressing of one button a single time. And Send employees of each building separately on vacation.
I'll let someone who is more active in the team give a definitive answer (I haven't been active for a long time), but one feature that is high on the wish list is a customisable hotkey feature. This would include an option for this, and your other recent issues. I have no idea on where the devs are on that feature, or if it's been forgotten. I do know that shcplayer mod has this already, and ucp is currently in the process of converting the code to work along the same lines that shcplayer does, so it is theoretically possible.

Definitely feasible with the upcoming UCP stuff. We are indeed working on a general approach that includes keybindings
