Bring back Siege gamemode from Stronghold #396

Do you know the Siege gamemode from Stronghold? well, in Stronghold Crusader, there are leftover code it and you can actually access it by creating a new skirmish, press Alt+, (coma), select Single, and press Alt+, (coma). This gamemode is not changed and saving a map as a Siege map in Crusader is useless as there is no button to play the Siege maps. It will be cool if you bring back the Siege gamemode.

Delete this please, you already opened #395 which is basically the same.

But if I didn't create this issue, (#396) then Siege will not be restored, Right?

I think those two issues are two sides of a coin, but not the same thing. 395 is options when creating maps 396 is the ability to play seige maps (are they not available in play a map menu?)
