Changed

Faq, Now matches how to make packs for current system
Main Readme, added a line to ask people to report broken links
all packs have been modified to work with the new pack system
changed graphics_install include to match how to use current system
modified any packs that used the formcontent_install to say, "moved to main pack" as well as removed reference to it (not needed any more)
Fixed any small errors I came across
