feat: search devices & workers #10

Adds a search bar for both the device's and worker's tables, for those with too many devices/workers. It's significantly less code changes than it appears, just shifted the tables down into a Fragment.

Running this in production and seems to be fine. Maybe @plinytheelder wants to also try it and confirm :)

working as expected over here. but hopefully next time @TurtIeSocks doesn't ping me to test things during community day...
