Provide feedback on user reviews

User Story: As a user, I want to provide feedback on other users reviews, to show that i agree/like a review

DoD:

• The user can press one of two buttons ("thumbs up | "thumbs down") to show whether or not they like a reivew
• The backend receives the data, and updates the DB
• The feedback is shown on the rating

Acceptance Requirements:

• The user can press one of two buttons to show their attitude towards a review.

The backend is already complete for this step, all that is left is to create two buttons, and connect them. And show the feedback itself.
