Search bar frontend

The endpoint for the implementation of a search bar should be implemented.

• As a user i want to search for a specific whiskey, so that i can quickly see what people have rated it.

DoD:

• A search bar
• Filter settings
• The searchbar should diffentiate between searching for people or for whiskey.
• The searchbar should make calls to the backend to only get the objects fitting the search prompt

Acceptance Criteria:

• A box where i can input names of whiskeys or users and find them.
