Setup.bat fails when updating depencencies #125

Here's the error given:

Failed to download 'http://cdn.unrealengine.com/dependencies/UnrealEngine-3720923-5712cc719d4541ffbfdee6e387fdb8bb/db78f02b288a49b81ec999025b8bc6bead8468eb': The remote name could not be resolved: 'cdn.unrealengine.com' (WebException)

Resolved on it's on after multiple tries.
