2 years ago Ussually people don't believe but you need to remove python from env. No need to uninstall just clear your env PATH variable what ever OS you are using. HTML5Setup will do everything for you.
This saved me , i find this fact long time ago also in this repo/issuse. Just try you have nothing to lose. Good Luck ;)
