Project Request: To add discussions tab for topics that don't fit in issues? #141

To help keep things organized and allow for questions or WIP feature ideas/show & tell to have a separate place without 'clogging up' with potential off-topic comments or even spam in this section.

Show & Tell discussions with code that is sufficient enough to be more than an idea could also be converted to issues (& Vice-versa if needed) like in this example:

Stuff like questions about WebGPU integration for example. 🤔

Could be a good place for forum-style announcements too & only requires a button press in repo settings too! 🤞🏼
