Fix to use WebBrowser Plugin with HTML5 targets [4.24.3-html5] #94

Hi everyone,

Has anyone successfully used the official webbrowser plugin with HTML5 builds? I'm testing on 4.24.3-html5, having followed the instructions carefully. The browser loads fine in-editor and in-game, but does not load when built for HTML5.

Hoping someone with more experience has an idea how to get it working, or a reason why it wouldn't be working so we know where to look in order to solve it.
