Package Error: No such directory. #99

I have had this issue which I have seen on a few posts but I don't see the fix.

UATHelper: Packaging (HTML5):     shared:ERROR: G:\UnrealEngine\Engine\Platforms\HTML5\Source\ThirdParty\PhysX3\PhysX_3.4\lib-1.39.0-fc-mt\PhysX3Vehicle_O2.bc: No such file or directory ("G:\UnrealEngine\Engine\Platforms\HTML5\Source\ThirdParty\PhysX3\PhysX_3.4\lib-1.39.0-fc-mt\PhysX3Vehicle_O2.bc" was expected to be an input file, based on the commandline a
