Add the ability to convert the video after downloading #136

Currently, Video Downloader downloads videos in the .webm format, which is incompatible in some places. It would be great to specify a different format for the output for video and audio too.

Use VLC media player. It's FOSS and Supports the .webm format too. On top of that, you can also convert the .webm file to a .mp4 or any other common format too
