No text in the windows

When I open the 'Video Downloader' (flatpak, v0.12.13), all the text/font in the windows is missing. How can I get the text back? I have already tried to changing the theme, changing dark to light, etc.

My OS: Linux Mint 21,3 (xfce)

Bonjour, je suis sur linux mint 21.3 cinnamon même problème aucune écriture dans les cases... merci si vous avez une correction.
