Add converters for:

[ ] static images (PNG, JPG, etc.)
[ ] GIFs
[ ] MIDI

Try to make it go both ways

We want to be able to preview it, either by rendering how MakeCode does it directly (ex. using the same colors for images and GIFs or the same audio engine) or by making something similar to https://makecode.com/playground where we control main.ts in the iframe.
