This is related to issues #7 #11

The view will use the client made in #7 to get the web scraper data and allow the user to mark the data as "Bias" or "Un-Bias" text. If the user marks as "Bias" then the user will then have to have a spot to translate the bias text to an un-bias version and submit that data using the client.

[ ] design a view that will allow the user to do the actions above
[ ] make a view model that will incorporate the client created in #7
