Overview

Use the mudblazor badge component to add a status to the widget generator

https://mudblazor.com/components/badge#usage
Set the origin to be top left
Set the icon to be HourglassBottom
Set the color to be Warning
Set Overlap to true

Use the refreshInProgress property to determine if the badge should be showing on the widget

Exit Criteria

The final result should look like the following but it should only be showing when the widget is generating (refreshing)
