also resolves #160

adds "new draft" button to editor
fixes bug found on defaults where looms settings were listed individually and as loom settings object
fixes issue with frames and treadling updating from minimized loom creation, and not loom settings
creates button toggle groups for editing modes
creates button toggle and new icons for draft edit source
updated version to 4.1.4
