Can't add my provider to the public registry #182

Expected Behavior

Display my Stagenet provider on the public registry.

Current Behavior

Nothing happenned after clicking on "Submit" (Also tried to put my multiadress with the p2p/peer_ID in the end of URL but it just infinite load)

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Launch Unstoppable Swap GUI

  2. Click on the arrow icon to select a swap provider

  3. Click on "Add a new provider to public registry"

  4. Put the multiadress and the peer ID

  5. Click on "Submit"
