[FEATURE] Add a 'pending response' category for RSVP overview #43

Currently we have 'yes' 'no' and 'maybe' tags for responses, which all list in columns in the RSVP overview. Request to add a 'pending' tag and column as well for those who haven't responded yet

@marino-mcgalla When you get a chance can you look at these changes. Nothing major but I was deep in the matrix for a bit. Generic_functions is the next target of refactoring.

@kasparaitis9 This works on our dev branch. Will have it pushed to prod when it gets approved.
