add planet column?

Can't say Planet, because Wikipedia has data on geographical features on the moon (i.e. non planetary celestial body), so will probs go with astronomical body, which is what wikidata calls it.

CircleCI is running but it might time out. I'm also running the create script on my own server, so should finish early tomorrow.

@pjdufour , this has been fixed in the source that includes locations outside of Earth. You can view that here https://github.com/FirstDraftGIS/wikidata-gazetteer. I now need to add the column to Unum
