Armormod values are for weakest part, implications are for aimbots, not normal humans and especially not newcommers.
Speeds are: forward, non crouched, and measured by me, thus imprecise. I don't know how to calculate values from the configs.
Numbers are rounded when required (0 number after decimal for DpS, 2 numbers for seconds).
TtK: time to kill.
Tyrant:
unlock at 200
cost 1000
health1/armormod 3501 => 350
speed 353
DpS ~143
Rate of fire: 1.43Hz
maximum range: unknown, maybe "100" (clawRange)
charge speed: unknown (but can't be used in melee)
Battlesuit:
unlock at 200
cost 400
health1/armormod 1000.4 => 250
speed 319
run speed: 367 (requires stamina, exhaust 3K/s, max value unknown)
PainSaw:
unlock at 50
cost 100
DpS ~147
Rate of fire: 13Hz
maximum range: 64 (range)
psaw+bsuit time to kill a tyrant: 350 / 147 ~= 2.38s
tyrant time to kill a bsuit with headshots only: 250 / 143 ~= 1.75s
bsuit+psaw TtK / tyrant TtK ~= 1.36 (lower is better for human)
bsuit+psaw cost / tyrant cost = 0.5 (lower is better for human)
End of facts.
I think those numbers speaks a lot by themselves.
Something which does not show in those numbers is: it's hard to miss a tyrant, not hard to miss a human's head, and if I used torso armor, they would have had 500 hp, which changes tyrant's TtK to ~3.5s, and thus ratio at 0.68.
So, in the hands of aimbots (headshots only), 3 tyrants == 4 bsuit+painsaw humans, yet 3 tyrants cost 3000 and 4 bsuit+painsaw cost only 2000.
I would say tyrants are, in practice, 75% weaker than this particular human combination.
