currently there lockblob affect all humans except bsuit which is only slowed
the idea would be to add more steps between total movement loss and only slowing depending on the equipment
naked: full lock like now
light armor: locked with free view but slow rotation speed
medium armor: slowed and slow rotation speed
jetpack: free movement while jetpack usage but slow rotation speed
bsuit: slowed like before
