Using consumables (notably grenades) should make the weapon "not ready" #58

Currently, using a grenade or medkit is instant. For medkit, I do not think it's a problem, but for grenades, it means people can just instantly throw a nade, that can't be countered in any way by aliens.

I think throwing grenades should delay the moment at which weapons can be fired anew, at the very least.

In fact we could also make the grenade like another weapon, so either you need to switch to it, either throwing it temporary switches your weapons for you.
