I think that all feedback should be treated as personal opinions and not classified as solvable. Only documented and maybe discussed in the scope of the experience or the reporter.

It would be nice to report problems related ideas at the same time. If a problem is not accepted as such related ideas can be automatic closed after a fixed period if they provide no additional benefit.

I think we should remain able to track opinions/perceived problems that we could all agree on. For "feedback" in the sense of my original category, what you want is already implemented in the rules.
