Reason for disagreement: I refer to Bug Severity label, severity.VeryLow: "A flaw that is purely cosmetic and does not affect usage e.g., a typo/spacing/layout/color/font issues in the docs or the UI that doesn't affect usage."

I refer to your original text in the DG "our system don't allow patient to have the same name"

The absence of a plural form can be considered as a typo error, constituting to a severity.VeryLow bug

I would suggest replacing "patient" to "patients".

Furthermore, because the word "patients" is also found in the rest of the DG, changing from "patient" to "patients" will make the DG consistent
