Adding NRIC beginning with P should not be allowed, because there exists no such NRIC beginning with P.

The 'Original' Bug

[The team marked this bug as a duplicate of the following bug]

Adding NRIC beginning with T24 and above should not be allowed

Adding NRIC beginning with T24 and above should not be allowed, because this year is 2023, and 2024 babies and beyond have not been born yet.

Declared as NotInScope because it is fine to delay lower priority work until future iterations.

 Issue duplicate status

Team chose to mark this issue as a duplicate of another issue (as explained in the Team's response above)

Reason for disagreement: Thank you very much for marking this as a duplicate.

However, I would say that this current issue is different from the original bug.

For the original bug, I meant to point out that babies born in the future, such as in 2030, should not be added into the system. Thus, NRICs such as "T3012345A" should not be added.

For the current bug, I meant to point out that the prefix should only be that of "S" and "T", and not other typos such as "Z".
