Check DDM version is correct #27

I looked harder at the L0 code and it looks like there is a hardcode path to "ddm-v1" which is overriding any newer ddm-vX files. @Delwyn I can probably fix that up to be FOM instead of FSF, but it probably has knock-on effects for the L1 (files/processing/tech docs/etc) so probably best to discuss that before anythings done there!

Sent the last email before I read this. I don’t think we use the FOM.

We use FSF and it is most of the time set to 1. There are certain lines where it is set to 2 or 3, but these are very sporadic.

Check if we are still using the ddm-v1 by accident, and whether we need to change this to ddm-v2. I believe this has naming issues r.e. FSF vs FOM
