Separate Vive raycasting and inputs into separate files. #2

Currently the vive compatiblity is tacked onto the OVR files but ideally it should be separated into another set of Vive specific scripts.

The files have been made. Now alter the XR manager to switch between OVR script and Vive scripts on awake.

Duplicated OVR UI scripts and adapted them to work with the Vive (using the Player prefab in SteamVR assets).
