To get more than a basic mark for the qualitative feedback section:

• Do thematic analysis on results of basic qualitative feedback
• Hone in on something identified in basic survey e.g. frustration, and to a whole qualitative survey on the theme of frustration
• Do a qualitative survey on a specific feature e.g. grid lines vs no grid lines

All these were suggested by Pete
