Fix bug: consumables go out of bounds of map #55

The melon and the plus powerup shape sometimes appear half off the side of the screen.

This seems to still be broken. I saw the powerup overlap with the scoreboard and see this screenshot (goes off side of screen).

Overlap of powerup with the scoreboard. Maybe this bug only affects powerups, not food?

I've increased the offset, and started many game sessions, and this seems to be fixed. However, I found another bug, where the top cell of the powerup occasionally overlaps with a wall.
