Incorporate new BP with in-order core #406

The recent BP update has been built on the out-of-order core. Given that it is planned for the in-order core to be overhauled soon, the BP update has not been implemented in the current in-order. Therefore, when the in-order core overhaul is implemented, it should be ensured that the BP is correctly integrated with it.
