Create skewT soundings for Casablanca (33.56°N, 7.66°W) and Bordeaux (44.83°N, 0.68°W) for Control simulation.

Regenerated all SkewTs after fixing wind speeds, and included Cassablanca and Bordeaux. Results are here.
