Accept privacy policy checkbox missing from registration page #22

A checkbox should be included on the registration page to confirm the user has "read, understood and agrees to the privacy policy" with a link to the about page containing the policy.

The link current links to the University's privacy policy page. The word "terms" should additionally link to the about-page which contains the catalogue-specific t&cs.
