Attempts to create an account manually through the admin console have not been successful. Unclear if caused by failure to send confirmation email.

Required field Affiliation did not have an input on the Admin -> AddUser view. Added in https://github.com/UoMResearchIT/extant/commit/1b1805c9f8fd87f7969e549567be962aa6547e54
