Find out why the time_nom given by the function update_flight_plan_constraint_controlled_landing_time is sometimes different from the get_estimated_landing_time method in the flight plan.

To be checked, but this might be related to the fact that the estimated landing time might be 'continuous' while the controlled landing time will be impacted by the size of the slots at the arrival queue. This is mainly a hunch, but something to check as it might not be a 'bug' per se.
