Issue Needed some utility (read/write/formatting/conversion) functions for Gsheets API, used in other stories

Solution

• Allowed different spreadsheets to be used given a Gsheet_Interface_Model class creation
• (New Function) Set Row highlighting based on any cell, based on given [R, G, B] code – to change
• (New Function) Get cell colour, returns hex code
• (New Function) Get cell 'range' (i.e A1) based on a string from a column
• (New Function) Splits cell 'range' (i.e AB43) into array ['AB', 43]

Risk When 007 merges with master branch, there is potential for merge conflicts needing to be resolved due to duplicate code (sorry Jiaru!)
