User story:

As a desktop/ipad user, I want to the login page to look better.

Description:

Refer to figma for changes

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] Mobile viewport stays the same
[ ] Responsive styling for iPad viewport (md:)
[ ] Responsive styling for Desktop viewport (lg:)

Definition of Done:

[ ] AC met
[ ] Applicable tests written
[ ] Applicable documentation is written in GH wiki
[ ] PR reviewed
[ ] Merged into main/feature branch
