User story:

As a frontend engineer, I need to be able to hit some endpoints for data!

Description:

Involves creating the backend API endpoints for the user profile page.

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] PATCH request at users/[id]
- [ ] Has the following payload (all fields are optional)
```
firstName:
lastName:
playLevel:
```
- [ ] Accessible only that user or an admin

Definition of Done:

[ ] AC met
[ ] Applicable tests written
[ ] Applicable documentation is written in GH wiki
[ ] PR reviewed
[ ] Merged into main/feature branch
