[BUG] Mobile (IOS) UI errors #275

User story:

As an admin I want a BUG FREE user experience!

Description:

Fix these following UI bugs. These bugs were found on an iPhone on Safari/Google.

type="time" TextInput box

404 page not found wack

approve member dialog on mobile has different width relative to other dialogs (see image 1 for comparison).
