[BACKEND] Fix finding existing session

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Right now if a user leaves the booking payment page and tries to go back they do not automatically get redirected to the payment page

BEFORE MERGING

• [ ] Code generation run (hint: yarn workspace server tsoa spec-and-routes)
• [ ] Appropriate mocks created where possible

• [ ] All required PR checks passing
