[FRONTEND] Create component for lodge information #720

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

This component should be able to take in:

list of image urls
content (as a reactnode)
an onClick handler for when the user clicks "book the lodge"

BEFORE MERGING

[x] Storybooks created where possible
[x] Tested with nock if data fetching
[x] Tests written for critical interactions
[x] PR Reviewed (For non-trivial changes)
[x] Changes tested after rebasing on master or merging in master (hint: git fetch origin master:master, then git rebase master or git merge master)
[x] All required PR checks passing
