[FRONTEND] Sort booking users in alphabetical order and use 1 indexing

Will need to change the way dataList is computed in client\src\components\composite\Admin\AdminBookingView\WrappedAdminBookingView.tsx

Couple small things:: Can it start at #1 not #0

Can the names be in alphabetical order
