Implementation of the project page redesign.

Todo:

Need to add blob background maybe? in the "Our past projects" section.
Change the heading style in "Our past projects" to something similar to the heading in homepage redesign.

The todo's should be done once this branch and Andrew's branch is merged with main.

This branch also includes some fixes to the image carousel. Improved some inconsistencies with it.
