UI/Style: Return Page - Front-end Enhancements and Bug Fixes

Description

[X] Use the Figma and your knowledge of the return page to iron out the homepage form small UI mistakes to large functional mistakes.

[ ] Provide 3 - 4 tests(should be a good mix of tests ie variety and the tests should be useful) for the return page (unit tests etc)

[ ] Make sure the return works in both ways - camera and direct text box input

[ ] Fix bugs on the report pop up - tests for this too (One MINOR bug TODO)
[X] Clean up code (redundant or unused variables, formatting, indentation etc) and add comments as well (don’t make the comments too detailed, just enough to make sure that the next person who sees it knows what’s going on)
- Code needed a lot of cleanup. I've formatted it correctly and created comp-onents to make it look cleaner.
[X] Make sure everything is formatted correctly especially in different phone sizes
