Bug Fix: Can't switch b/w Camera modes

Description

This PR fixes various bugs related to Camera on the Return Dishes Page. Now, the Camera Rotate icon is easily visible in the layout and works as intended. This fix also allows you to switch multiple phone cameras depending on the device.
