RC Input Board #14

Needs new connectors.

We are switching from JST GH connectors, as they are small and very finicky to make cables for.

The new connector we are using is the Molex Mini-Lock series.

Here is the engineering drawing.

Specifically, we need the 4-pin version. We will follow the UAVCAN micro connector standard, with pin 1 (circuit 1) as 5V, 2 as CANH, 3 as CANL, and 4 as GND.
