Computer PDU/Power Converters #34

Singular PDU w/3 power converters onboard.

I would like each converter to be identical so swaps are easy, but if it's not practical it's not necessary.

Power converter Requirements

At least 18-24V input. Ideally 10-30V
5-24V/4A output (peak current is at 12V, min. at 24V is 0.5A, min at 5V is 1A)
Current sensing
Short circuit protection

Nice-to-haves

Overcurrent protection (set by microcontroller somehow)

PDU Requirements

Power Connections

Anderson connector input ( 2 high would be nice, but not necessary)
3 pair screwless terminal blocks (spring loaded) per power rail. (3 +ve and 3 -ve connections)
Pin header jumpers to connect CAN 5V line to any power converter

Comms connections

2x Molex mini-lock connectors for CAN to speedy (and jumpered 5V)

I would also like the converters to be swappable so we can replace one if something happens to it.

These need to be tested, design is complete.
