Comms Hub Requirements
Molex Mini-Lock CAN connector (with the CORRECT pinout)
Jumper to select if we want to provide CAN with 5V.
Footprints for 2 CAN buses, we'll just only poopulate one. (if you can fit the GPS w/o the second CAN bus, the GPS is preferred.
Put the GPS on it if it will fit.
We can get rid of all the extra stuff on the board.
GPS will need to go to one of the UART lines on the TX2
