A couple things:

PDU

• Why is there a PMOS on the outputs of they aren't attached to anything?
• If we have a PMOS to control the outputs, we may as well add one to every channel.
• The relay coil seems to be bridged.
• The diode seems to be blocking the relay coil, unless that's a zener or something.

Converters

These look good. I haven't done a full review or anything so I haven't verified everything, but everything looks sane to me.
