Looks good, just a few little nits.

• The CANL and CANH lines should probably be made larger, the official spec requires a decent amount of current and I can see a short scenario blowing out one or both of the traces.
• The ground connections on the CAN connectors don't have to have that extra trace, because they are through hole they will just connect straight to the ground plane anyways. Leaving them in is only an aesthetic issue.
• Also maybe verify that the CAN connectors don't hit the TX2 connectors? We really should have a proper footprint for them, and I remember they stick out back a little bit.
